Just a couple of points on the survey: NO. 18 the same format of agree, disagree, etc does not make sense in the contxt of the questions and might just skew the results the opposite to what people intended. When you complete the survey, the links back to the homepage do not work. Would be nice to go back to the main page. Other than that, great idea!
